For general immune support and seasonal allergies:
Take 1 tablespoon daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
For Cold, Cough and/or Congestion:
Day 1 - take 1 tablespoon every two hours up to 6 times daily.
Day 2 - take 1 tablespoon every two hours up to 5 times daily.
Day 3 - take 1 tablespoon every two hours up to 4 times daily.
For Alleviating Respiratory Conditions: take 1 tablespoon three times a day about 30 minutes before meals.
